The Latina Wall of Fame: Welcome to Women’s History Month, 2008—with a Latina slant. Our
Top Ten Latinas this year offer a varied and very subjective selection. Some
are household names, others behind-the-scenes operatives. But all are dynamic,
all icons to the diversity and drive of the women in the Hispanic world.

Add a brick to the Wall: Sure that you’ve got some of your own fave
Latinas who’ve made an impact on your lives, whom you think have moved us ahead
as women and Latinos/as, we invite you to weigh in on our blog by
nominating a Latina, giving her a “brick” in our growing “Wall of
Fame.” (It’s that “other” wall, this one of Hispanic pride and inclusion.)
