A college degree is not required for these entry-level positions:

Packer/Crater

Pack various materials, including electronic and computer equipment, administrative supplies and medical items for shipment domestically or overseas. Prepare shipping documentation and labeling as required.

Warehouseman

Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, as well as computer terminals. Occasional work outdoors in all weather conditions is required.

Driver

Drivers in the Transportation Services Center must be able to work a flexible schedule, 5 am-7 pm, to meet mission requirements.

Secretary

Support daily Agency operations success at every level of our global organization.

Level I/II — Secretary/Senior Secretary

Level III — Executive Secretary

Level IV — Special Assistant I

Level V — Special Assistant II

Level VI — Special Assistant III

An associate’s degree and/or special skills are required for these positions:

Finance Assistant

Support pre-audit reconciliation, process financial data, perform cashier functions, prepare and audit travel-related transactions, audit invoices for commercial vendors and perform ad hoc duties.

Mechanic (Print Plant Equipment)

Perform preventative maintenance for and repair of all plant printing and photographic equipment.

Security Protective Officer — Entry Level

Protect Agency personnel, facilities and information through the enforcement of Federal Laws and Agency Regulations. This is an armed and uniformed position.

HR Administrator

Work at the corporate level or in operating units supporting worldwide intelligence operations. Provide basic HR information and guidance to employees and managers.

Engineering Specialist

Install, configure, operate, maintain and troubleshoot utility support equipment in both domestic and overseas Agency facilities.

Desktop Technology Consultant

Provide IT assistance and one-on-one consultation, and troubleshoot applications. Assist with information services requirements and sensitive data access control.

Electronic Publishing Specialist

Provide website development support, softcopy and hardcopy publishing, CD-ROM production and multimedia presentation services to customers throughout the Agency, Intelligence Community and Federal Government.

Benefits Administrator HR Contact Center

Respond to customer service requests received from Agency employees on a variety of HR-related services, delivering “one-call resolution” for questions and issues.

Bookbinder

Assemble Imaging and Publishing Support-produced hard-copy publications, performing all steps in the assembly process — cutting, folding, collating, punching, tabbing, padding and inkjet operations.

Digital Imaging Technician

Prepare customer material — both hardcopy and electronic — for printing reproduction, bindery procedures and digital archiving.

Prepress Specialist

Assemble Imaging and Publishing Support-produced publications, performing all steps in the assembly process — pre-flighting, electronic and conventional assembly, scanning, proofing and proofing operations.

A bachelor’s degree is required for these entry-level positions:

Cartographer — Entry Level

Research, compile and maintain fully digital cartographic databases.

Contract Specialist — Entry Level

Conduct pre-award acquisition planning and documentation; solicit, plan, negotiate, administrate and closeout contracts; acquire products and services; and perform administrative tasks.

Facilities Support Project Manager — Entry Level

Create safe, secure, functional work environments to support Agency global intelligence.

Finance Officer

Provide the full range of financial services, administrative support and resource management.

Developmental — GS 7-11

Journeyman — GS 12-13
