		I've seen disasters -- I was in Guam when there was a devastating earthquake -- but I can't explain what I was feeling when I saw New Orleans. All I could think was, "What are they going to do?"
This picture at Common captures the early afternoon light and the eerie quiet of the deserted streets, which left us feeling somber.
