Employer Profile
The Employer Profile is ideally suited for employer branding. So even you are not actively
recruiting now, you can use the Employer Profile to position your company as an “employer of
choice” An Employer Profile describes the employer's business/operations—it may include
information on the size of the employer in terms of revenue, income, and number of
employees; it could give the location(s); and most importantly, it should include
information on the employer’s diversity initiatives and awards. It will include a link
to the employer’s open positions on IMDiversity and a link to the Employer’s Home Page. The
Employers Profile gives the employer an opportunity to distinguish itself from the crowd as
an “employer of choice.”
