Introducing IMDiversity's Featured Jobs Upgrade

New job post feature offers 30 days prominent placement for active employers at low introductory cost

What It Is

Featured Jobs is a new job posting upgrade option providing 30 days of extended, prominent placement of high-priority job openings at a low cost.  All direct, active employers -- small or large -- posting a job through My Employer Tools from IMDiversity can take advantage of Featured Jobs to get noticed ahead of the pack!

What It Does

Upgrading provides the opportunity to have your job posted to the new Featured Jobs page, in addition to our regular searchable database. The Featured Jobs page is prominently spotlighted on pages throughout the extended IMDiversity.com network, including our Villages, Career Center, Job Bank, blogs, syndicated feeds, and select partner sites.  Featured Jobs are also frequently selected to receive extended placements in special content sections and candidate messages from IMDiversity at no additional cost.

What It Costs

Upgrades can be purchased for an additional $50 (introductory cost) by checking the Upgrade option box during the confirmation/checkout process while posting regular jobs. Upgrades remain actively displayed as Featured Jobs for 30 days, after which another upgrade may be purchased if desired.

How to Upgrade

Simply post your job as usual with a valid credit card or using pre-existing credit terms, and select the Featured Jobs Upgrade checkbox during the posting confirmation. Within 24 hours (and often minutes), your job will be spotlighted throughout our network, identifying you as an active hiring employer promoting a high-priority opening to diverse candidates. It will remain a Featured Job for 30 days. (When the upgrade expires, your job will no longer be displayed as a Featured Job, but it will still be fully searchable as a regular job posting in our database until the job expires or you remove it.)

Can I Upgrade for Longer than 30 Days?

Yes.  After the first 30 days, you are welcome to renew your Featured Job upgrade for another 30 days for another $50.  To upgrade, simply open the job posting for editing in My Employer Tools, resave it, and select the Featured Jobs Upgrade checkbox again at the confirmation screen.
