One of the reasons for that is the importance of yams in the West African diet. In the current recipe, we return to the yam once more to bring you the recipe for a nourishing desert, Yam Pudding.
Yam PuddingThis is a simple and easy dish to prepare. You start with two or three slices of boiled yam, enough to make a measuring cup of mash. This recipe will make a healthy serving for six people.
