- Salvation Army Victim Assistance: 1-888-363-2769 (they have some
30-minute prepaid phone cards)
- Emergency Food Stamps in Louisiana: 922-3000, 219-1500, 342-9111,
342-0495. The Disaster Food Stamp Program will be offered Sept. 2- Sept. 9,
2005. Applications for the program will be accepted in 49 DSS Office of
Family Assistance parish and district offices, 24 hours per day, during the
