  1. Salvation Army Victim Assistance: 1-888-363-2769 (they have some 30-minute prepaid phone cards)
  2. Emergency Food Stamps in Louisiana: 922-3000, 219-1500, 342-9111, 342-0495. The Disaster Food Stamp Program will be offered Sept. 2- Sept. 9, 2005.
