Systems Analysis Engineer, Aeronautical Systems Division (1983-1987)
Tasked with improving the IT productivity of an 1800-person engineering organization through identification of automation requirements, development of solution, and procurement of engineering workstations to perform critical analyses. Developed RFPs, designed test scenarios, evaluated contractor proposals, negotiated contracts, and managed SOW execution.

■ Developed requirements for and procured leading edge Cray supercomputer that improved by a factor of five the analytical processing capability available to engineers.
